What makes someone a success? The official definition of success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. However, there are many different ways to define success. Everyone has a different idea of what success is and how to become a success.
Success, in my honest opinion, is accomplishing something you worked hard for. For example, someone studied very hard for a test and they passed the test, due to their hard work plus studying. Another example would be that someone studied and worked very hard to become a teacher. Soon enough, they become a successful teacher, thanks to their dedicated work.
Now, for what makes someone a success. In my point of view, you become a success when you accomplish something you worked hard for, and you deserve it as well. Sometimes, this can be extremely hard. However, if you work hard for it and you are determined, it can be pretty easy. It varies if it is easy or not, I believe.
For you to accomplish, do what you believe is right. It may be hard at times, because people might try to push you onto another path. Arnold H. Glasow said, “Success is simple. Do what’s right, the right way, at the right time.” Do what YOU think is right. Another important figure, a man named Winston Churchill, said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.” You may fail, but just keep getting up and try again. Besides, without failure, how would you learn to improve? In some people’s perspectives, failure is something that you DON’T want. But if you think about it from my point of view, you will understand that each time you fail, you learn how to improve as well as what to do & what not to do.
This is my opinion of what makes someone a success and the definition of success. I hope that this has made sense to you. Now for the most important question: What do YOU define success as?
